Conditions of Sale
1. Introduction
Welcome to Maggia Valley Brewery. These terms and conditions govern the purchase of our craft beer through our website. Please read these conditions carefully before placing an order.
2. Subject of the Contract
The contract of sale is concluded between Maggia Valley Brewery and the buyer upon confirmation of the order. By placing an order, you agree to these terms of sale.
3. Prices
All prices shown on our website are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but such changes will not apply to orders already confirmed.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs for Switzerland are calculated according to the quantity (qty) of the products purchased. The shipping cost is CHF 9.00 per unit of product purchased.
Example of shipping cost calculation:
- Quantity 1: 9.00 CHF
- Quantity 2: 18.00 CHF
- Quantity 3: 27.00 CHF
- And so on…
5. Methods of Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- PayPal
- Credit Cards via Stripe
All payments are handled through secure platforms to ensure maximum protection of your financial information.
6. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address given when ordering. We do our best to ship orders within 2-3 business days after order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on location and product availability.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Swiss law, you have the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods, without having to provide any reasons. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email to info@birrificiovallemaggia.ch and return the goods in original, unused condition.
8. Complaints and Returns
If you receive defective or damaged products, please contact us immediately at info@birrificiovallemaggia.ch, providing details and photos of the problem encountered. We will either replace the product or refund the amount paid, depending on your preference.
9. Limitation of Liability
Maggia Valley Brewery will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the purchase or use of our products. Our liability will be limited to the amount paid for the products purchased.
10. Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these terms and conditions of sale shall be the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Locarno, Switzerland.
